Abstract.
The modified mullite fiber was used to toughen the mullite ceramic, which can effectively overcome the brittleness of ceramic materials and improve the material strength and toughness.
Adding mullite fiber, the toughness of the ceramic matrix and the impact strength can be improved, which develops quickly in heat resistant composite materials.
