Engineering.
After completing his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering in 1986, Andreas worked for one year as a postdoctoral fellow with Professor Tasos Papanastasiou in the Chemical Engineering Department.
From 2004-2007 he served as the first elected Dean of the School of Engineering.
