Test and contrast frequency stability on integrated resonator
Frequency stability on integrated resonator of different electrode material
At room temperature, the wafer is in free mode, we test frequency stability of the quartz crystal resonator of different electrode material, Cu, Al and Au, with the frequency stability tester XHTF3597.
Combined the energy trap theory of crystal vibration with ANSYS simulation, designed integrated quartz resonators have different the frequency stability when their structures and electrode materials are different; with the increase of the thickness of the electrode, oscillation stability of the resonator is improved; the stability of Au-electrode resonator is better than that of Cu, Al-electrode resonator; resonator of asymmetric structure has better frequency stability than that of symmetric structure.
This shows that the electrode material, thickness and structure of the resonator have a certain influence on frequency stability of integrated resonator.

The interaction and adhesion between filler and polymer matrix have a
significant effect on the properties of the particulate filled reinforced materials, being essential to
transfer the load between two phases and thus improve the mechanical properties.
Materials and Methods Materials: Poly (L-Lactide ) (PLA) and 96/4 L-Lactide/D-Lactide copolymer (PDLA) were purchased from PURAC Biochem with the inherent viscosities 1.75 and 5.68 dl/g, respectively.
Hydroxyapatite powders (HA) were synthesized by the precipitation technique using starting materials of Ca(NO3). 4H20 and (NH4)2 HPO4 .

Introduction
The well known wet chemical treatments of the silicon surface and its native oxidation in air cause a
high density of interface states, which predominantly originate from dangling bonds strained bonds
or from bonds, between adsorbates and silicon surface atoms.
