Soluble proteins were extracted from the brown rice, polished rice and defatted rice bran using deionized water, respectively, and response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction of water-soluble proteins from the three materials based on one factor experiments.
Using 162 rice samples as materials, the method of semimicro-kjeldahl was adopted by Guo et al[3] to determinate the protein content, while atomic absorption spectrophotometry (ASS) was adopted to determinate the contents of Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu, and Mn, colorimetry with phosphate-molybdenum-blue complex was adopted to determinate the content of P and flame photometry was adopted to determinate the content of K in brown rice.

Material and method
The main experimental apparatus and materials.
Experimental materials and solution configuration: The experimental media were taken from the site.
From the groundwater repair point, use sandy silt as a candidate for modification material, the effect is better.

Analysis of mechanical response
Mechanic index.
The lower material modulus leaded to larger tensile strain, vertical strain and deflection in bottom of asphalt layer.
In this model, the material of sub base has low modulus that caused mechanic response gradually increasing along the depth.

But due to the difficulties encountered in handling these radioactive materials, relatively little is known about their structural and mechanical properties as compared to the technologically important elements like uranium and plutonium [11, 12].
This is obviously a consequence of the high activity of these materials.
