A Compact and Efficient Technology to Treat Tailings Water Characterized by High Alkalinity and Ca(II) and Pb(II) Concentration Siqing Liu1,a, Xiong Tong1,*, Baoxu Song1,b 1 Department of Mineral Processing Engineering, Kunming University of Science and Technology, Kunming 650093, China a647647@163.com, * 383070757@qq.com (corresponding author), b690880140@qq.com Keywords: tailings water; calcium removal; neutralization; reuse Abstract.
Studies on the combined use of ammonium bicarbonate (NH4HCO3) and LSQ (an innovative regent developed by Kunming University of Science and Technology) were conducted to treat the wastewater.
Experimental Materials and Experiments The wastewater was originated from the overflow of tailing dam, where it was settled and purified under natural condition.
In order to consume the excess CO32+, additional sulphuric acid needs to be added, which increases raw material consumption and makes process more complexity.

Then, Arsenic formed 0.10 microns of thickness which is shallower than using Phosphorus which has the biggest junction depth among the materials.
The leakage current also works as a parameter to the materials.
Based on Table 1, Antimony gives the shallowest junction depth among the three materials.

Introduction The dynamic failure of materials has been studied extensively by researchers in past four decades [1-6].
Close attention has been paid to the toughening mechanism of the materials, the nucleation and the growth of microvoids in the materials, and the constitutive relation of the materials by considering the damage evolution [7].
