Non-metallic pipe can be classified into three major categories; namely tthermoplastic materials, fiber-reinforced materials, and cement asbestos.
These materials are being used because they do not corrode in the environments where carbon steel readily corrodes.
Composite materials in the offshore industry.

Biopolymers and their modified blends are naturally biodegradable materials being intensively used in control nutrient release formulations.
Material biodegradability varies with thickness which further effect natural decay when applied in soil.
There are no quantifiable studies on slow release materials thickness effect on its biodegradation under flooded soil microcosm.

In
isotropic materials, the Poisson's ratio should be between -1 and +0.5 [1].
Majority of materials showed the Poisson's ratio close to about 1/3, although rubbery materials have values approaching to 1/2.

Composite materials can be made from a variety of materials, including palm fibre, which has excellent modulus of elasticity and tensile strength.
New materials have been created using flax, glass, and unsaturated polyester resin.
The growth of composite science can rely on this material since it produces good mechanical strength, notably neat glass/polyester laminate.
Reinforcing composite materials with date palm fibre has a number of advantages.

Introduction
Chemical mechanical polishing technology was first put forward by Monsanto[1] in 1965, namely in the process of mill and slurry, first the film of material surface is softened because of the chemistry action of polishing slurry and is ground off and moved away under the machine action of slurry, mill and polishing cloth, so the global flatness is realized accordingly.
