Introduction Characterization of structures of surfaces and interfaces at the molecular level is of great scientific and technological importance because it provides an in-depth understanding of the surface and interface structure-property relationships.
These advantages enable SFG to probe surface and interfacial structures at the molecular level in situ.
Hydrogen bonds may form between hydroxyl groups of these phenol groups, which made such a structure more stable.
The SFG spectroscopy provides an advanced approach to get molecular level information of structures on surfaces and at interfaces.

The alloy structure is of change with Mo-content increase.
The components of the deposits were measured using analytical chemistry of the titration method (Analytical Chemistry).
So that in the process of formation alloy structure the atoms formed complex space structure under the force of outer high speed revolving electron.
Electron diffraction patterns showed that the stronger bright spots of a lattice structure was the face-centered cubic structure, which was consistent with the formation of NiMo space lattice structure, the weaker spots and the lattice of bright spots formed a fuzzy and closed circle, from fig.1 and the analysis of phase showed that the same complex structure were formed, so it can not judged the lattice structure of the alloy by the existence of the diffraction spots, but it indicate that the structure was the mixed phases of amorphous and nanocrystal.

There were a few changes in the structure of ZnO@PDA or ZnO-Ag @PDA.
The metal oxide@PDA with a melanin-like structure can act as a photocatalyst, light absorber, electron transfer receptor, and adhesive interface under the light.
The structure of the ZnO nanoparticles almost had no change after being coated by DA.
The reduction of Eg may be due to the absorption of light by the melanin-like structure of the PDA itself, which affected the diffuse reflectance spectrum.

Indeed, in this “Trench First Hard Mask” (TFHM) backend architecture, the dual hard mask stack (SiO2 & TiN) allows a minimized exposure of ULK materials to damaging plasma chemistries, both for line/via etch sequence, and lithography reworks operations.
The reference wet cleans that were developed for 65 to 28 nm TiN hardmask patterning, utilizes commonly used chemistry for BEOL post-etch cleans, i.e. diluted hydrofluoric acid (dHF) followed by deionized water Nanospray (DIWNS) on 300 mm single wafer tool.
Thus, on real structures process comparison should be made with more aggressive solution (higher temperature for example), to improve particle removal by lift-off, if material loss is still acceptable.
