Define material properties and boundary condition.
We defined the blade material properties as follows: the elastic modulus was 109GPa, Poisson ratio was 0.3 and the density was 4.42g/cm3.

Under the control of the computer, the nozzle moves according to the information that CAD plane determined, extruding the molten materials and solidifying into parts at the same time.
The raw materials used in this technology are non-toxic, tasteless, thus causing no pollution to the surrounding environment.
Raw materials are made into filamentous, the friction wheel mechanism are used to drive the wire feed.
One wheel is driving wheel, the motor drives the driving wheel to rotate, with the help of roller, the raw materials are heated and melted into semi fluid in the heating cavity.
