Aimed at the problem of oil tube corrosion in environment with high content of H2S and CO2, the corrosion behavior of two nickel based alloys in 15%NaCl solution containing H2S/CO2 in high temperature and high pressure environments were researched.
The compositions of the alloys were given in Tab.1.
The corrosion potential of two Ni-base alloys in simulant solution were lower than that of in FeCl3 solution, this reveal that two alloys keep an active state in the former solution, and the anions reacted with alloys surface quickly and formed an passive film to lead to a wide passive region

Development of such technologies required the search of compounds of the metal with relatively low melting points.
The study was carried out in the searching of compounds containing three or more elements belonging to the Fe–Ni–Co–Mn–Si–C system in the databases SGTE2011, SGPS, FSupsi and FactPS.
The melt obtained from mixture granules of master alloys, including Fe–Ni–Co–Mn–Si and Fe–Ni–Co–Mn–C, was cooled for 5 hours slowly in the electric resistance furnace from 1473 K to 1073 K.
Point 3 is the metal alloy Fig. 8.

Introduction The use of 6000 series aluminum alloys for automobile panels is increasing.
The present study aims to confirm the advantage of a high cooling rate on mechanical properties of 6022 base aluminum alloys (containing 0.2 - 1.0wt%Fe) produced by the high-speed twin-roll caster.
Hardness of 6063 base alloys clearly declined for the alloy containing 1.0wt%Fe.
In contrast, no reduction in hardness is observed for 6022 base alloys. 6022 base alloys are known to contain excessive silicon in quasi-secondary system (Al-Mg2Si).
In this case, even if silicon atoms are expended to produce Al-Fe-Si intermetallic compounds, the residual silicon atoms are available to form Mg2Si precipitates for age-hardening.

Introduction Titanium and titanium alloys are wildly used in many fields because of its attractive properties, such as low density, relative high strength, excellent corrosion resistance and biocompatibility [1].
Therefore, a new technology route which is titanium alloy powders →compaction at room temperature → sintering under dynamic atmosphere of pure argon → vacuum annealing → titanium alloy product will be used to gain the aim of consolidation synergism and improve product properties of hydrogenated titanium alloy powder.

Two materials were examined: shape-stable Aluminum alloy 2024 (AA2024) and shape-unstable unvulcanized rubber compound (UnRB).
This study focuses on two specific materials: Aluminum alloy 2024, recognized for its high strength-to-weight ratio, excellent corrosion resistance, and widespread application in aerospace and automotive industries, and unvulcanized rubber compounds, which provide flexibility and resilience essential for various applications, including seals and gaskets.
This research aims to investigate the effects of plasma application on Aluminum alloy 2024, particularly in terms of enhancing surface energy and wettability.
This work aims to investigate the potential of DCSBD plasma to treat flat materials, specifically Aluminum 2024 alloy and unvulcanized rubber compound (UnRB).

The hot wall system is optimized for the deposition of prepared alloys by using molecular flow studies with Monte Carlo simulation technique.
Thin films have been deposited on well cleaned glass substrates using the prepared alloys by the optimized hot wall vacuum evaporation system.
The compositions are found to be same for both the bulk and thin films as the prepared alloys.
CdxSn1-xTe alloys have the unique feature of having the narrow range of lattice constants and direct band gaps, tunable from the visible to the far IR by adjusting the x composition of the alloy [6, 7].
Experimental details Bulk compounds of CdTe, Cd0.25Sn0.75Te and Cd0.25Te0.75Sn have been prepared by direct reaction of their high purity elemental Cadmium, Tin and Tellurium (Sigma Aldrich 99.9999%).
