The machining process of titanium alloys always need special control by using coolant and
lubricant as it is one of the difficult-to-cut materials.
At same times, titanium alloys are recognized as a difficult-to-cut material [1-6].
However, some of them, especially extreme pressure additives, contain Cl, S or P compounds which endanger to environment and people health.
There are many methods to deal with the machining problem of titanium alloys [4].
The cutting temperature of titanium alloys is much higher than that of C45 steel, which is another machining character of titanium alloys.

Aim to prepare pre-alloyed metal to get the final alloy with great homogeneous components, the key means of compound Tin -Ti pre-alloyed metal in high temperature is equally admixture of the raw material powder.
Tin- Ti is a kind of alloy based on Tin, it presents that the inter-metal Tin- Ti compound alloy distributing in Tin as dispersion.
The technology can be generalized and applied to other alloy preparation, especially to the alloys with great difference melting point and density among each alloy elements.

Aimed at the problem of oil tube corrosion in environment with high content of H2S and CO2, the corrosion behavior of two nickel based alloys in 15%NaCl solution containing H2S/CO2 in high temperature and high pressure environments were researched.
The compositions of the alloys were given in Tab.1.
The corrosion potential of two Ni-base alloys in simulant solution were lower than that of in FeCl3 solution, this reveal that two alloys keep an active state in the former solution, and the anions reacted with alloys surface quickly and formed an passive film to lead to a wide passive region

Keywords: Microstructure study, hot press, Al-SiC nanocomposite, mechanical alloying.
Mechanical alloying is one of the most successful methods for the manufacturing of metal matrix nanocomposite powders.
Therefore, the chief aim of this study is to consider the effects of milling time and the amount of reinforcement phase on the structure of Al-SiC composites.

When the tested alloys modified with 0.10%P and 0.9%RE, the optimal wear resistance of modified alloys is obtained.
The present work is aimed at understanding the effect of P and RE additions on the microstructural evolution and dry sliding wear properties of hypereutectic Al–24Si alloys.
The tested alloys were produced with silicon, magnesium, Al-50Cu and Al-10Mn master alloys respectively.
When the tested alloys modified with 0.10%P and 0.9%RE, the optimal wear resistance of modified alloys is obtained.

Take widely manufactured brand YG8 for example, in same ball milling, we find that the alloys have a lot of pores when we used stearic acid in ball milling media hexane, but the result is much better when we used other surfactants [8].
So there could be weak forces between oleic acid molecule and powder especially in the case of cobalt. 3.2 Data of mechanical property tests Table 2-Table 5 shows the change of mechanical properties of alloys when the ball milling time is prolonging.
The formatted compounds could not be debinded, and they are residue in alloy inside.
The cause is that lauric acid could react with cobalt in ball milling process; the formatted compounds are residue in alloy inside, so that the content of carbon is the highest along with the highest magnetic force.
