Tungsten Carbide alloys (WC) are widely used as tooling materials, because of
their high hardness and excellent wear resistance property.
Tungsten carbide (WC) alloys have been widely used as wear resistance materials because of their high strength, high hardness, and other excellent properties.
PCS process has some advantages on fabrication composite, FGM, and advanced materials [2, 3].

Introduction
FGMs are a class of composite materials in which the material properties vary as a known function of spatial coordinates.
A great amount of work has been done in this field for the isotropic materials.

As a results a very narrow and deep weld is formed with significant material changes between the material zones [1].
Material modelling of tee-joint of laser weld The analysed tee-joint has very unusual geometry and material properties.
The weld area was divided into three material zones: weld (W), heat effected zone (HAZ) and base material (PM).

Materials.
DDTs are associated with organic materials of surface coatings via chemical bonds.
The changes of constructions of organic materials were not conducive for DDTs to confine with organic materials, which influenced desorption of DDTs from surface coatings.

The big leg of supplied materials car is the important steel structure parts and the main stress components of material piling machine.
Therefore, to ensure that supplied materials car big leg's functions under the premise, we should determine the dimensions of supplied materials car's big leg reasonably improves the support stress condition and reduce maintenance costs of material piling machine in the future.
The big leg of cantilever side material piling machine' supplied materials car is taken as the research object in the paper.
