Materials This section describes the materials used in the research, highlighting the proposed cementitious materials: microsilica and scallop powder.
The materials were then mixed dry for 1 minute, ensuring homogeneous distribution.
All designs incorporating these materials show a significant reduction in CO₂ compared to the conventional DO design (309.34 kg CO2), due to the lower environmental impact of these materials during their production.

Introduction Rapid solidification (RS) is one of the most active technologies in the field of material solidification, by which the molten alloys are cooled rapidly (≥10 4~106K/s) and a high growth rate of the grains can be caused under the great undercooling conditions (≥1~100cm/s) during the process of solidification.
Many improvements on microstructure and properties of materials can be achieved by the use of RS technology, such as the reduction of ingredient segregation, formation of supersaturated solid solution and grain refinement, etc..
