The workpiece material used was the AZ80 magnesium alloy (composition (W/%): Al-7.8, Mn-0.3, Zn-6.5, Mg- Balance).
If the exit temperature is kept varying in a certain range, not only product quality consistency but also productivity, material yield and die service life can be improved.

The structure and properties of manufactured materials were investigated.
Each molecule creating conditions for a homogeneous heating pattern in the materials.
Thermal analysis can give information about microscopic structure of materials.
