The semi-finishing refers to removing the remaining materials which come from bigger diameter tool during the process of rough machining or the remaining materials which come from sidewall and the bottom of workpiece due to the sake of tool corner, and this method can obtain uniform and lower cutting margin before finishing.
Then, the remaining materials can be regarded as the cutting areas of current operation.

Experiment results indicate that lateral strain is less than one ten thousandth which indicates that pressurizing box hardness can meet requirement and its deformation have no effect bearing deformation of material (Fig. 5).
