As the final mechanical properties of the joints are strongly associated with the microstructural changes, porosity and cracks evolving in the welding process, advanced welding techniques like friction stir welding (FSW) [11] or electron beam welding (EBW) [12] are required.
Recently, apart from TWBs made of the same material, including “titanium-titanium” [16], the joints of dissimilar materials like “aluminium-steel” [17], “aluminium-titanium” [18] have attracted scientists’ attention because of their advanced functional capabilities and potential application in the aerospace and automotive industry.

However, it has been shown in literature that microstructures having a matrix of low temperature transformation products with a second phase of retained austenite can achieve higher strengths with reasonable ductility, leading to the property band of so-called third generation advanced high strength steels (3G-AHSS) [1].
Mechanical properties of the experimental alloy: (a) engineering stress-strain curves (b) instantaneous n-value, and (c) Charpy impact toughness.
Representative engineering stress-strain curves of the samples are shown in Fig. 4a and the tensile properties are given in the inset of the figure.

Each advanced technology has its applicable conditions and environment, including the local culture, customers and traditions, which must not be applied directly without overall consideration.
In Municipal water supply and drainage pipeline engineering, large diameter pipelines are placed to meet the needs of people's daily life and work, some of which are cancelled because they do not meet the installation requirement Various materials of pipes in the future will be to developed for the diversification, making the same piping material adaptable to a variety of conditions of more extreme environment, facilitating in the laying of the pipeline, and increasing the construction efficiency.
GPS technology has remarkable characteristics of all-weather adaptability, high precision and high efficiency, which is the most advanced positioning technology, acquiring and positioning data correctly, and effectively, The GPS can also be integrated with water supply pipe network GIS, through smart phones, PDA and other handheld terminal devices, providing convenient reference of the terrain and pipeline data. 3) Mobile Internet technology.
With the rapid development of wireless access technology and mobile terminal technology, the information construction in water supply industry can introduce intelligent mobile phone, tablet PC, PDA and other mobile devices and services in pipe inspection, leak detection, engineering completion acceptance business, mobile office.
