Electroluminescence studies showed an orange (677 nm) corresponding to Cr-Al and, red (698 nm) and white (380-900 nm) for Se-Al and pure white for Cr-Se-Al.
The electroluminescence (EL) spectrum in Fig. 2 shows the DAP transition between the N-Cr impurity states corresponding to the acceptor energy level reported by Achtziger et al. [4].

Under the action of the EL Centro wave, Lanzhou wave and artificial wave, the maximum interlayer shear of structure with and without energy dissipation device as shown in Fig 3.
Fig.3 Envelope diagrams of story shear under small earthquake In the earthquake wave, with viscous dampers structure compared to the ordinary structure, The structure of the interlayer shear are reduced, Under the action of EL Centro waves in the X direction and Y direction.
In the rare earthquake of EL Centro wave, Lanzhou wave and artificial wave, the maximum story drifts of energy dissipation structure with viscous dampers are as shown in table 1.

Pure white- and red-light electroluminescence from a single polymer has been obtained in a device with a configuration of ITO/PEDOT:PSS/polymer/Ca/Al.
Although high electroluminescence (EL) efficiencies have been achieved, this strategy suffers from intrinsic phase separation and bias-dependent EL spectra.
Electroluminescent properties The EL performance of the copolymers was examined in the device configuration of ITO/PEDT/polymer/Ca/Al.
The typical EL spectra of copolymer PFO-BTT from such device are shown in Fig. 3.
