Based on the principle of thermal balance and materials balance in lime furnace, a calculation model used for on-line testing the resolution ratio of baked limestone in lime furnace is conducted by using of parameters that can be measured in spot.
When component and volume of flow of materials, ratio of coke and volume of air are known, with on-line monitoring parameters such as the volume fraction of and the temperature of fume and lime, the real-time decomposing rate of limestone can be gained.
(3) When the model is working, it will test the volume of flow of materials, ratio of coke, volume of air, top temperature, ash temperature and carbon dioxide concentration automatically.
Input the off-line data such as materials, fuel composition and so on and realize the on-line decomposition ratio monitoring

Also, we have equipped some English teaching materials.
Then, we improve the teaching materials construction in the way of the combination of introducing and self-editing.
We consider them as the teaching materials for graduation project and curriculum design, which greatly improves the quality and level of graduation project.
