When ceramic materials are subjected to rapid temperature changes, enormous stresses are formed.
The effects on different types of materials depend not only on the magnitude of the stress, the distribution and the duration of the stress, but also on the properties of the material (eg, ductility, porosity, and Cracks present, etc.).

Usually these materials are developed after melting, by heat treatment at upper glassy-transition temperature with controlled cooling, improving the mechanical properties by the homogenization of the structure and reduction of the stress caused by structural disorganization caused by amorphous materials [1-4].
In all temperatures used in this work, the increasing of the fracture toughness is superior to 70% in comparison with glassy materials.

With the development of science and technology and the wide application of new materials, carbon fiber cloth (CFRP) has become one of the important materials which is applied to paste on the surface of timber component due to its light weight, small volume, high strength, easy construction, corrosion resistance, fire resistance, geometric plasticity and easy cutting molding .At the same time, the flat steel have been widely applied to strengthen timber component due to its advantages of small volume, good ductility and high strength, Many domestic and international architects often use these two kinds of reinforcement materials to strengthen the timber structure and joint.

Moreover, it can help in developing a model that is most suitable for estimating regolith depth in Taiwan. 1 Introduction Regolith is the entire unconsolidated or secondarily recemented cover that overlies more coherent bedrock; it has been formed by weathering, erosion, transport and/or deposition of older material [1].
Location map of the study area. 3 Materials and Methods Environmental correlation is used in combination with DEM, stream, river basin and environmental terrain factors, and drilling data from the regolith database system collected by Central Geological Survey.
