Abstract.
According to traditional Chinese medical science, mung bean soup was defined with valuable pharmacological effects such as relieving uneasiness of body and mind, clearing away heat and toxic material, lowering blood pressure and so on [1].

Chemicals: Fresh rice bran (the moisture content of 13.21%), 4-methylumbelliferyl heptanoate (MUH) , 2,4,6-Tris(2-pyridyl)-s-triazine(TPTZ), Tris Base, hydrochloric acid, ethanol, guaiacol, anhydrous calcium chloride, ferric chloride, acetone, hydrogen peroxide, sodium acetate, phenolphthalein, potassium hydroxide, sodium osulfate ( Na2SO3), isooctane, potassium iodide etc.

The interest in
these materials arises particularly due to their ease of fabrication in the form of bulk and thin films.
The linearity of ln (I) vs V 1/2 graph (figure 2) in 100-300V range suggests that the conduction in the studied materials obey the Poole-Frenkel conduction mechanism [13] in that particular voltage range.
