MR dampers based on this new type of magnetorheological fluid damper smart materials as the working fluid, and the electromagnetic coil is wound on the outer wall of the magnetorheological fluid in the sealed chamber, the magnetic field generated by the coil on the magneto-rheological fluid by controlling the electromagnetic the size of the coil current to change the viscosity of the magnetorheological fluid, to achieve the purpose of the adjustable damping elastomer used using circular rubber pad instead.

In micro-scale flow, the Navier slip model is always employed and given as (1) Here, is the shear stress of fluid in the wall, is the slip coefficient, is the tangential velocity of the wall, is the tangential velocity of fluid in the wall, is the material parameter. 3 Numerical Simulations 3.1 CFD Model In order to study the fluid extrusion expansibility, it is required to track out the outline of the fluid/liquid extruded out, however, the outline is changed with extrusion procedure, which is very difficult to develop a theory model.
