Results and Discussion Effects of Al Contents on Chemical Compositions of Synthesized Powders The chemical compositions of SrTiO3 and SrTiO3 with 10-30 at% Al was examined using x-ray diffractometry technique.
For the SrTiO3 with Al, two phases were present.
The results indicated that TiO2 content increased with the Al content.
The observation was in agreement with the study reported by Kim et al. 2004 [8].

According to [28], two years later, Iijima, Ichihashi and Bethune et al synthesized single-walled carbon nanotubes (Figure 3).
Fujii et al [33] have measured the thermal conductivity of a single carbon nanotube using a suspensed CNT attached T-type nanosnesor.
Yang et al. [40] studied the effect of CNT contents in the effective thermal conductivity.
Xu et al [46] have investigated also the effect of the temperature on the thermal conductivity of CNT composite.
