Talc powder is widely used in building engineering, especially preparation for coating, waterproof material and ceramics.
Talc powder is classified into nine groups according to its different function, including cosmetic grade talc (HZ), pharmaceutical grade talc(YS), paint grade talc(TL), paper grade talc(ZZ), plastic grade talc(SL), rubber grade talc(AJ), cable grade talc(DL), ceramic grade talc(TC), water resistant grade talc(FS).

These studies have solved the problem of insufficient heat dissipation efficiency of SiC power modules to a certain extent, however, the utilization of ceramic substrate make the thermal resistance of the module cannot be reduce to a very low level.
At the same time, the ceramic substrate introduced large common-mode (CM) capacitance which will lead to common-mode (CM) current to the power module.
