A wide range of natural proteins are used in almost all of these assembly-building activities, and various tertiary and internal structures are frequently used for varying local geometry in the assembly.[1] Computational approaches are an appealing way for studying self-assembly processes because it is challenging to investigate the self-assembly process empirically.Typically, the self-assembly process takes place at a period that is too long for atomistic molecular dynamics (MD) and Monte Carlo simulations to capture.[2] Impressive protein assemblies can be created from scratch by reworking building components from natural systems, according to recent breakthroughs in logical protein design tools.[3] The Dentistry Functional Theory(DFT), which is utilised to compute the electrical and geometrical features, has recently achieved significant advancements in organic synthesis.[4] The Becke21 three parameter hybrid exchange and Lee-Yang-Parr22 correlation density function (B3LYP) were then
