Zhang Tongsheng[3] studied the effects of activator on the properties of steel slag cementitious material.
Maslehuddin [5] studied the mechanical properties and the durability of steel slag coarse aggregate concrete and ordinary gravel concrete.
The unstable components of free calcium oxide (f-CaO) and free magnesium Oxide (f-MgO) are the main factors to restrict its application (refer with: Fig.1).
Its physical and mechanical properties equivalent to or better than limestone gravel and river sand, such as grain grading, crushing value and attrition rate etc [7].

Aiming at the problems such as metal ionic contamination, poor dispersion property and low material removal rate (MRR) in the chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) process for sapphire crystal, a proper CMP slurry based on the organic basis was studied in this paper.
Introduction Single crystal sapphire (α-Al2O3) has exceptional optical, physical and chemical properties such as high hardness, high melting point, good optical transparence, excellent electric insulation, advantageous heat conductivity and favorable chemical stability.
Especially, the CMP slurry is one of the most important factors that influence the polishing quality of sapphire crystal.
Picture of the CP-4 polisher mechanical polishing Through the single-factor test, the effect of different abrasives, pH regulators, dispersants and active agents on the surface roughness and MRR were studied in order to choosing the most appropriate composition for the CMP slurry, and then a proper CMP slurry for sapphire crystal was produced.
Its property plays a decisive role in affecting the surface quality and MRR.

However, the application of engineering ceramics is limited by two factors: low reliability and reproducibility, both of which are related to the toughness and brittleness of the material.
Y-TZP ceramics can be endowed with superior mechanical properties 3~5 times higher than common engineering ceramics through phase transformation toughening.
Different sintering methods and temperatures greatly influenced the mechanical properties of zirconia.
It indicates that the mechanical properties of the samples improved with the rising sintering temperature.

These two factors were found to influence the ceramic shell composition and indirectly enhanced the ceramic shell strength performance.
In fact, most rice husk ash contains 90-97% of silica and has shown great potential to be used as reinforcing filler in many natural rubber products where it can increase the mechanical properties [6].

The inner hole surface roughness is the key factor which affects its high-speed stability and moving accuracy.
Preface Due to its unique internal structure, engineering ceramic material has such properties as high hardness and strength, high temperature resistant, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, low density and high brittle.
The connecting rod of grinding wheel will occur quiver bending phenomenon affecting grinding accuracy if the ratio of grinding radian is too large or the contact area increase.
In the orthogonal test, the size of the range reflects the corresponding factors which affect the coefficient of internal hole surface roughness.
A large range of factors explained that the coefficient is large, a small range of factors explained that the coefficient is small.

The most affected areas are health and safety, agriculture, industry, transportation.
These both procedures will give the designer a view of the behaviour of the apparatus in real situations compared to a virtual testing which is not able to reproduce all the factors affecting it in real life conditions.
The different foundation properties show no measureable effect related to the barrier deformations.
Negligible leakages were observed, which did not affect the barriers function.

Introduction
Attractive jointing properties like high strength and good resistance to corrosion mean that high-temperature brazing has been widely adopted by component makers for complex-shaped stainless steel parts.
Outside the control factors, the results can be influenced by a number of other disturbing factors.
The main effect plot shows how the control factors positively and significantly affects the response factor.
If the parallelism difference is greater, then are interactions between the factors.
Mathematical modeling through full factorial experiment showed that the main factors influencing the mechanical shear strength during brazing are time and brazing current.

In addition, the microscopic snow clearing performance, physical and mechanical properties were described and further research was proposed, which have provided a scientific basis for technology research and equipment development in the field of snow clearing.
Formation types of compacted snow-ice.The process of compacted snow-ice forming is very complicated, which is affected by external environmental factors in addition to bearing all kinds of pressure from pavement and the environmental factors can be summarized into two types below: Repeated rolling.Due to snow clearing delay or sustained snowfall, the snow on urban roads is crushed by vehicles and pedestrians repeatedly (as shown in Fig.1) , so loose snow with low density is converted to compacted snow-ice with high density, and then snow on the roads gradually forms thick ice (as shown in Fig.2).
Compacted snow-ice’s clearing performance depends on its internal structure, external temperature and other factors.
In addition, the microstructure and mechanical properties of snow-ice is hard to determine because the actual model can not added all factors to the model [7,8].

Researches on affecting factors on liquid metal filling capacity in casting and formation process have the great significance in analysis of casting defects, improvement in structural technique and quality[1-3].
Therefore, EDEM can be applied to simulate casting filling process under multidimensional vibration, and to intuitively observe liquid metal’s motion state and factors affecting filling capacity under the multidimensional vibration impact.
The comparative analysis shows that factors affecting filling time decrease in order are freedom, frequency, and amplitude, with degree of freedom as well as frequency showing great effect on filling time while amplitude showing no significant influence on filling time in table 4.
The results are consistent with the factors that affect the filling time by the orthogonal test.
