XRD is useful for characterizing crystalline structure of carbon materials such as polycrystalline graphite structure; however, biomass semi-cokes are highly disordered carbonaceous materials that have a short-range order poly-crystalline structure [14].
The pore structure parameters of SC and AC are listed in Table 1.
There are complex physical and chemistry reactions when the flue gas go through the fixed-bed in the surface of SC and AC.

Morphological analysis revealed the formation of spherical structures composed of numerous hair-like structures arranged in an urchin-like fashion.
Fig. 2 shows the SEM images of urchin-like CuO nanostructures.Spherical structures comprised of numerous nanowires were produced, preferentially arranged to resemble an urchin structure.

The phase, composition, structure, and morphology of the as-obtained samples were verified by XRD, XPS, SEM and TEM measurements.
Owing to the great influence of particle size, dispersivity of nanoparticles, morphology, powder surface chemistry and preparation methods on the properties of powder particles [17], the particle size of V2O3 nanopowder with good purity and dispersibility in this paper is 20 ~ 70 nm.
During the heat treatment of precursor powder, the autogenic gas CO, CO2 overflowed from the powder structure could destroy the original structure and refine the grains by reducing the agglomeration between ions and inhibiting the growth of grain.

The ore structure is mainly metasomatism primarily, it mainly has the vein structure,disseminated structure and massive structure.
The molybdenite and bismuthnite show veinlet and veinlet-dissminated structure to distribute in the quartz.
Phase of the tungsten is scheelite mainly and shows veinlet-dissminated structure[5].
Through scientific sampling, the sample has carried on the spectrum semi-quantitative analysis and chemistry multi-ultimate analysis separately after test processing, the results are show in Table1,Table2.
