All raw materials used in the experiment, such as CaCO3, SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3, BaCO3, BaSO4, CaSO4·2H2O and CaF2, were pure analytical reagents, and were ground to pass a 75 mm sieve.

The parameters of gyroscope’s silicon material structure such as the size, the Young Modulus and the Residual Stresses are very sensitive with temperature changing, so that the ambient temperature variation makes great influence on the gyroscope structure’s characteristic.

The visual mode of e-factory is also used to verify the validity of the improved workshop layout and the material handling systems.
As shown in Table 4, material handling distance, utilization of logistics equipment, handling time and handling cost are all increased after the improvement, that is, with the same material handling tools, logistics routes are shortened and total costs of logistics are reduced, which illustrates that the improved plan is feasible.

Titanium has excellent properties as an engineering material such as light weight, high strength and
high resistance to corrosion and fracture.
However, the high cost associated with the materials and current process technologies is not conducive to higher-volume production for consumer industry.
This provides a unique advantage for Cold Spray to be exploited for temperature sensitive, oxygensensitive and phase-sensitive materials.
