XRD result revealed that the film has grown along the c-axis oriented in hexagonal wurtzite structure.
It shows that the grown doped RE AlN films have a wurtzite structure orientated to a c-axis.
From Fig. 2 (a), the surface is non-homogenous, nonporousrous, and hasa size variation structure.

Adjacent complex link to each other via hydrogen bonds forming the three-dimensional supramolecular structure.
In order to mimic the manganese cluster, a series of manganese complexes have been synthesized, among which some crystal structures revealed the existence of significant electrostatic interaction between the Mn atom and the ligand [4,7,12].The structure of the ManganeseII Isovanillin complex, as a binuclear MnII metal complexe, however, provides a new and different example in an MnII complex.

Fig.1 UV-Vis spectra of S-doped TiO2 and TiO2 N2 adsorption-desorption To study the pore structure of the catalyst S-TiO2, we drew the nitrogen adsorption-desorption isotherm(BET)and Barret-Joyner-Halenda (BJH) pore size distribution curve of S-TiO2 (see Fig. 2 and its insert section).
It may be related to the electronic structure of Cu2+ and Cr3+ that matched with the orbital energy of RhB molecular.

The complex forms a three-dimensional (3D) framework structure.
It is widely known to all that the considerable change in the coordination mode of organic ligand may differ in structures.
The structure was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies and infrared spectra.
The structures were solved by direct methods and refined by full-matrix least-squares methods on F2 using the SHELXTL crystallographic software package[8].
