From July-August 2000, we set 20 Survey transects located in bluestone ridge, skin pits, flat pit, Taohua stream, stone beaches, horn ridge, coke pit, the compound, the hole, pear Island, Jiangxi hollow, Yuan dun xian, Jia Shui, Tian Xing li, Jiu Qu shui, Taoyuan Village, Tie Wa xian, Mao Ji xian , Za Village and East pit to observe , collect wildlife specimens and do statistics on the spot in the protected areas, identifying types and quantity of animals based on animal footprints , traces and the shed feathers and also visited the rangers in this district and villagers.
From15-17 July 1993, Collect water samples In Taohua Stream and Wan Yang river at 08:00,11:00,13:00 and 16:00 each day and analyze the 23 indicators of water pH, conductivity, dissolved oxygen concentration, biochemical oxygen demand, total hardness, suspended solids, nitrite, nitrate, ammonia nitrogen, volatile phenol, chloride, cyanide, sulfide, permanganate index, sulfate, fluoride , manganese, chromium, arsenic, mercury, copper, lead and zinc, carrying out "Surface Water Environmental Quality Standard" GB3838-88.
