Abstract.
Fig. 5(c, d) shows the misorientation map of microstructures it can be seen that the boundaries of accicular bainite is large angle boudaries and it has been reported that the three dimentional shape of accicular ferrite is plateplike [12] , therefore the acicular ferrite formed in advance can block effectively the bainite forming in succeeding, and the bainite microstructure will be confined and become finer. 150μm 4μm (a) (c) (b) Fig.4 The dislocation configuration change during the relaxation after 30% deformation at 900℃(a, without relaxation, b, with 200s relaxation, c, EDAX spectrum of precipitates d, e the misorienation distribution map for samples without and with 200s relaxation.
