Abstract: The magnesium hydroxide (MH) whiskers/ABS composites were prepared by melt-extrusion with whiskers as fillers.
It is ideal filler for composite materials and metal materials [1].
Magnesium hydroxide whiskers can be used in PE, PVC, PP, and unsaturated polyester as reinforcing materials.
Experiment 2.1 Raw materials The MH whisker was prepared by hydro-thermol method.

Materials and reagents.Starch, acrylamide, montmorillonite, N, N'-methylenebisacrylamide, potassium persulfate, MB, and methanol were generally reagent grade from commercial sources.

All raw materials and adjuvant materials for our synthetics have the features of fast infiltration (water absorbing), strong water-conserving capacity and slow evaporation (dehydration) and etc..
Based on the results of experiments mentioned above, and quality basis materials were selected.
