Methodology
Synthesis of HBC-RH.The preparation of hydrogel-rice husk derived biochar composite (denoted as HBC-RH) was in accordance with procedures described by Karakoyun et al.[7].
Ozayet al. [9]reported that hydrophilic functional groups such as –OH, −COOH, −NH2, −CONH2, and –SO3H in hydrogel networks grant them the ability to absorb large quantity of water and consequently swell.
These results concur with the findings of other researchers such as Pellera et al. [10]and Zheng et al. [11].

In 2000, Subramanian et al. firstly reported a very large (>104) and nearly temperature (T) independent apparent static dielectric constant, for CCTO ceramics samples above room temperature [1].
Adams et al. suggested an explanation for the behavior of CCTO in terms of conducting grains and insulating grain boundaries [8, 9].
Strong supports for this suggestion was provided by Chung et al. in the most definitive work thus far on pure CCTO ceramic [5].
According to the report of Fang et al. [15], domains are scarcely developed due to high surface strength energy in small grains compared with large ones.

According to Rabinkin et al. [16] the polarization in ferrite is through a mechanism similar to conduction process.
Rezlescu et al. [17] have established a strong correlation between the conduction mechanism and dielectric behaviour of ferrites.
Similar results have been reported by Verma et al. [19, 20] for Ni-Zn ferrites prepared by citrate precursor method.
Parvatheeswara et al [22] for V2O5 added Ni-Zn ferrites.

There are several studies [1] [2] [3] [4] [5], claiming that content of Al in the mix of raw materials for aerated concrete and reactivity of silica influence final properties of aerated concrete.
The reason of initial limitation of CSH gel formation from silica and Ca(OH)2 is the fact that Al reduces solubility of silica, which is caused by adsorption of aluminum on the surface of silica.
In the mix of raw materials for aerated concrete with content of reactive silica Al accelerated the crystallization of tobermorite in the direction of the c-axis selectively.

Honma et al. [6] reported that the extruded and peak-aged Mg-10Gd-5.6Y-1.6Zn-0.5Zr (wt.%) alloy exhibited high TYS of 473 MPa, UTS of 542 MPa, and elongation of 8 %.
According to Kawamura et al., there are two types of LPSO Mg alloys: one is as-cast alloys and the other is soaked alloys [10].
As-extruded VWZO52207 alloy exhibited good mechanical properties (TYS: 407 MPa, UTS: 424 MPa, and El.: 6.9 %) among tested alloys
