The possible drawback of materials fabricated by PM processing is sometime lowering of their mechanical properties due to materials densification problems.
Selected materials fabricated in this study are listed in the Table 1.
All materials were characterized with relatively small grains size in the range of 50-100 mm.

Parameters and finite element model 2.1 Materials Cold rolled steel plate DC01 (St12), thickness: 1.8 mm, yield strength: 130 ~ 260 MPa, tensile strength: 270 MPa. 2.2 other parameters The friction factor between blank and mould: 0.12, holder force: 10 KN, holder speed: 2000 mm/s, forming speed: 5000mm/s, mould gap: 1.05 t (t is blank thickness). 2.3 The finite element model The finite element model is shown in Figs. 4-7.
