Abstract.
The model establishing and simulation analysis include six steps. 1) The model added to material is meshed. 2) The steel wire of the model is set as the subject contact, respectively contacting with the steel ladle and the block wheel model of the covering rollers. 3) A part of the model is added restrictions. 4) A part of the model is added to load. 5) “Solution” is used to solve and set the above established model. 6) Post-processing and the result analysis.

Where ks is Hookean elasticity coefficient, kd is damping coefficient, different types of springs have different ks and kd values, these two values are major factors of specific canopy material, fabric ribbon and umbrella rope performance; r is the natural length of spring, l is displacement vector difference among particles, |l| is the distance between two particles, is derivative of l to time, that is velocity vector among particles.
