Both lines are broad, which confirms that the films composed of diamond phase. [6] Fig.1 and Fig.2 are the deconvolutions of Raman spectrum of the films deposited from different target materials.

The results confirmed that in the immersed ultrafiltration membrane bioreactor PAC had sufficient adsorption and long-term biodegradation of dissolved organic materials which cannot be removed by ultrafiltration membrane alone.
On the other hand, membrane ultrafiltration (UF) is an promising process that could reject particles and microbes in drinking water treatment[8,9], due to the the improved membrane materials and decreased costs.
