The process involves heating and accelerating coating materials to deposit onto a substrate.
These fully and partially melted materials will then be splashed over the substrate and bonded together with mechanical locking [1].
Among coating materials, stainless steels are widely used because of its corrosion resistance.

The precursor of LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 cathode material with high density was synthesized by two-dryness co-precipitation method.
Our experiment provides a significant reference for the synthesis of excellent-performance cathode materials of lithium-ion battery.
Through coagulation, filter press, drying, washing, second drying, and crushing screening, the precursor of the cathode material LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 can be achieved.
