As the core of UHV grid, UHV substation has the features including the construction area is large, process is complex, work sites are scattered, the personnel and materials are many and security requires high level.
The resources at the construction site are various, including materials, vehicles, mechanical equipment, and constructors, etc.
As the construction area is big and scattered, the positions of personnel, equipment and materials change frequently, it will waste a lot of precious time and resources to check the resources and positions.
