The micrographs revealed that CF and GF maintained their own tension behavior in the hybrid composite materials as well in the neat FRP materials.
It was confirmed that the tensile behavior of the hybrid composite materials matched the plus hybrid effect.
In the case of HFRP, CF and GF are maintained their own behavior in the hybrid composite materials.

Introduction Electric-Acrylic Elastomer material is a new smart materials on the acrylic elastomer material in the substrate the upper and lower surface and infiltrate electrode materials (such as carbon or graphite, etc.) formed a new type of based on Maxwell effect. Also known as the new artificial muscle material, and is a new electroactive polymers (EAPs).
The material has many excellent features like biological muscle, which can be replace conventional materials used to a large number of flexible robots, medical, bionic machinery and other fields[2].
Summary E-ACE material membrane drive is the object of study in this paper, E-ACE materials is analyszd theoretically and the model of it is established.
