Heat-resistant electrovacuum glasses of type TU and C48-3, quartz and radio-technical ceramics of type 22ХС were used as substrates.
The achieved high characteristics show that the developed precision alloy based on silver for nanostructured coatings is promising for use as a contact material in power electronics and power engineering and for the manufacture of bimetallic electrical contacts of low-voltage switching equipment operating at low temperatures.
Coatings have a high level of performance properties and are recommended for practical use in power electronics and power engineering for the manufacture of electrical contacts operating in a wide range of operating temperatures (-60 to 250°C).
