In recent years, with facilitated development of energy-saving building materials, steam-cured bricks, autoclaving-cured bricks, pressed clay bricks and other new wall materials made by a variety of industrial waste as raw materials have arisen.
Guettala [4] indicated that after high temperature processing, the compressive strength of silicate products can achieve 33.5MPa using fly ash and slag as raw materials.

Rapid progress in plastic material led to ~18,000 materials made available for molding in 1995, which further increased the rate by 750 new materials every year [4].
In general, high grade-steels are industry employed materials to develop contour shaped cavities for injection molds [5].
Finite element methods are still being used to simplify and analyze the complex behavior corresponds to polymer materials and mold [38].

Benefits of microwave heating: · concentration of high power energies in small volumes; · penetration of radiation into the whole volume of processed material; · high efficiency ( η > 90 %).
In this work, brown Kansk-Achinsk coals were dehydrated by microwave technology, which according to [9] is the most efficient to process materials with high number of polar molecules (wood, peat, brown coal).

The most important one is the high cost of the binder itself and, consequently, of the materials produced from it.
This raises the need to search for alternative materials to replace cement completely or partially.
Generally, these are mineral materials capable of binding free calcium dioxide during the hardening process.
