In the process of heap, the large granular materials will be crushed smaller with the gravity or man-made compaction, that is, granular material will occur the particle breakage phenomenon, which will make the grain composition change.
Experiment introduction The test materials were selected from dumping site of a opencast mine in Yunnan.
The results indicate that using fractal dimension to describe the breakage rate of granular materials is entirely feasible.

Introduction Composite materials are employed in a number of technical areas, for instance, in the automotive and aerospace sectors lossy materials are widely used as either adhesives or composite matrix resins.
It plays an important role of guidance for nondestructive evaluation and characterization of the composite materials in advanced material design.

The micrographs revealed that CF and GF maintained their own tension behavior in the hybrid composite materials as well in the neat FRP materials.
It was confirmed that the tensile behavior of the hybrid composite materials matched the plus hybrid effect.
In the case of HFRP, CF and GF are maintained their own behavior in the hybrid composite materials.
