Deng Xiaoping once pointed out that science and technology are productivity, it is the first productivity.
Regional Science and Technology Innovation Level Evaluation Index System This paper based on the studied of assessment index system of paper [7].
However, if factors weights are different, fuzzy matrix operation is in need, then get the final result of fuzzy evaluation: In evaluation index system of university culture, the factors set hereis spiritual culture, is material culture, is behavior culture, stands for characteristics of the project.

Abstract: Microbial leaching was used to mobilize copper from two kinds of waste electronic scraps used as raw materials for printed wire boards.
The content of the most important materials remaining is: plastics 19%, bromine 4%, glass and ceramics 49% [2].
Methods and materials Source of electronic scraps.
The scraps of TFCCL, used as the raw materials used for producing PWBs of electronic products, were obtained from Kunshan Jinda Corporation, Jiangsu province, China.
The scraps of TFCCL with green non-conductive coating, which are used as raw material for producing PWBs of cell phone, were obtained from Shanghai Weimei Corporation of Science and Technology, China.

Introduction There is an increasing attention on fiber-reinforced composites as advanced materials for a wide range of applications due to their superior properties such as high strength and stiffness to weight ratio.
Material and Sample Preparation The materials used were continuous roving carbon T700 Toray and E-glass fibers reinforced with epoxy resin.
The high increasing of energy especially on H1 and H4 samples was a result of further collapse and progressive failure in the fibers of pipes constituent materials.

Introduction Composite materials offer, in comparison to classical materials, high strength and stiffness to weight ratios, adjustable directional material properties and exhibit gradual damage behaviour.
Beside these outstanding properties, typical for these materials is also a significant spread of material parameters mainly introduced during the manufacturing process [1].
