Effect of the welding heat input on residual stresses in butt-weld of high-speed train Zhongyin Zhu 1,a , PengChen 1,b,Hongmei Zhou1,c , Yonghui Zhu 1,d, Yonghong Chen 1,e,HaoXu1,f,Aiqin Tian2g 1School of Materials Science and Engineering, Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu 610031, China 2CSR Qingdao Sifang Co.
According to the mathematical model above, when using Sysweld to simulate welding thermal elastic-plastic finite element, we needed to take the materials’ nonlinearity into account, that means the correlation between the material properties and the temperature should be considered.
Compared with the weld area, the the materials with low temperature on both sides of the weld joint stop plastic deformation to recover yield strength primarily and this can inhibit the contraction deformation of the weld.

The electrode materials La1-xSrxFe0.7Ni0.3O3 were 0.0≤ x≤0.2 ( LSFNx) were prepared by freeze- drying of an aqueous cation solutions method.
All materials show a semi conductor behavior between room temperature and 900°C.

Introduction With the development of the electronic industry, telecommunication and polymer science, polymer materials have been widely used in electronics, telecommunications, aviation, aerospace , civil, military and defense industries.
But most of the polymer materials can not conduct electricity and have low permeability.
Chemical plating alloys of glass fiber have become a kind of new functional materials, structural materials and irreplaceable for the sustainable development of high-tech materials.
Obviously, alloy coatings were soft magnetic materials.
It described that the alloy coatings of the glass fiber were mainly used as absorbing materials.

The situation of a variety of particle size vibrating at the same time is so complex that current study are basically under the conditions of the uniform particle size of materials.
(1) Where mvP∆ -the pressure drop in the vibrating fluidized bed, [ aP ]; oH - the material height before fluidization, [m]; oε - the materials voidage before Fluidization; sρ - Material true density, [ 3 / mkg ]; gρ - Gas density, [ 3 / mkg ]; 2k - Vibration energy transfer coefficient; Γ - Vibration intensity ( gA / 2 ω ); mfP∆ - the pressure drop of the ordinary fluidized bed, [ aP ].
The material thickness when sub-fluidized was about 160mm.

However, very few reports are available on this combination, especially using perovskite materials as catalyst.
The EDX analysis was employed to determine the element of the synthesized materials.
