By creating a moving local hot spot around the contact point between tool and sheet, process forces can be reduced while forming limits are increased for most materials.
Secondly a brief overview is given on the material of choice for this study.
Material: The material of choice is AA 5182-O, containing 4.5 wt% Mg and 0.35wt% Mn.
This could be due to the buildup of material on the tool.
Also special recognition goes to the Flemish agency for innovation by science and technology IWT for its support through ISF Light.

Generally, in steel
turning, increasing in material removal rate, decreases surface finishing and vise versa.
Therefore, when the weight of material removal rate is 1 and the weight of surface roughness is 0 then, the material removal rate will be maximum and visa versa.

K-values, derived from numerical simulation, for different materials were virtually equivalent for the 12 mm bend radius.
The differences between different materials found in the experimental study could not be detected.
In comparison, bend angle and materials investigated here only have little effect on the initial sheet width.

The phosphobetaine amphoteric surfactant of N, N-dimethyl-tridecane hydroxyethyl ammonium phosphate (PBET-13), was synthesized by using epichlorohydrin, NaH2PO4 and dodecyl/tetradecyl dimethyl amine and cetyl/octadecyl dimethyl ammonium as raw materials.
In this paper, we synthesized the new surfactant of dodecyl/tetradecyl phosphobetain (PBET-13) based on the dodecyl/tetradecyl dimethyl amine as the main raw material, and its scale inhibition performance, interfacial tension and foaming performance were studied.

Materials and Experimental The aluminum-silicon alloys used in this work were Al-12Si(wt.%) and Al-20Si(wt.%).
This was typical for those materials, and similar results were obtained in Al-Si eutectic alloys[8] and AlSi12CuMgNi matrix composite [9] .

Introduction
Organic polymer semiconductors are becoming a great alternative to inorganic semiconductors due to complexity fabrication process and high cost of silicon materials [1-4].
The PCDTBT parameters were defined before analysis in the material and mobility field.
The PCDTBT was not included in the library materials of the software therefore it was specified as user defined material.

Introduction
Laminates are multilayer materials stacked by materials with various physical and chemical
characteristics.
The bionic structures of laminates not only have component materials' virtue, but also possibly bring special property that different from component materials [1,2].
The stack order of raw materials is shown in Fig. 1.
