Marlot et al discussed the critical parameters that influence the microstructure and the
composition of the deposits [5], the same was extended by Zhu et al [6] by varying the parameters
and found the nucleation rate increasing with the current densities.

Zhu el at [4] put forward a flow time matrix
based cell formation approach, the binary value in equipment and parts matrix was replaced by
production flow time.
Albadawi et al [6] put forth a two-stage cell formation method.
Defersha et al [7] pointed out more than 20 influential factors in the formation of manufacturing cells and set up a mathematical model to pursue minimum integrated cost.
Mansouri et al [8] built a multi-objective optimization model based on the consideration of cross-cell processing cost and cell load balance, and proposed a cell formation method based on generic algorism.
Mahdavi et al [9] established a mathematical model related to cell formation from the perspective of improving the efficiency of manufacturing cells and then proposed a neural network -based solution.

Jabbari, et al. [4] provided an analytical solution for a thick functionally graded cylinder under mechanical and thermal stress.
Yas et al. [5] presented a layer-wise finite element formulation for elastic wave propagation in FGMs.
Gupta, et al. [6] analyzed FGFM under, for example, flexural loading conditions.
Chiu et al. [3] concluded that the overshoot in stress is dependent on the boundary conditions and the material composition and that there is no simple way of estimating the magnitude of the stress overshoot.

Tang et al. (3) have reported low light affected alkaloids contents in the leaves of C. roseus seedling, but the expression of these genes (Tdc, Str, D4h and Dat) under low light in C. roseus seedlings are little reported.
HPLC analysis of alkaloids contents (VIN, CAT and VBL)were performed according to Luo et al (5).
Genes Control (fluorescent light) Treatment (plastic films) VIN CAT VIN CAT Tdc 0.264 0.264 Str 0.461 0.934* D4h -0.157 0.933* Dat -0.084 0.903* * is significant at p< 0.05 in ANOVA analysis Discussion Dai et al. (7) reported that plastic films could change not only light intensity but also light spectrum and quality, and low light induced increase camptothecin content in the leaves of Camptotheca acuminate seedlings.
Vázquez-Flota et al. (8) have reported that D4h gene expression and VIN accumulation in C. roseus seedlings are affected by light.
