BaTiO3 undergoes a series of structural phase transitions, from ideal paraelectric cubic perovskite structure to the ferroelectric of tetragonal (120 °C), orthorhombic (5 °C) and rhombohedral (-90 °C) structure [2].
The aim of ours works since twenty years is the search of new oxifluoride ceramics with perovskite structure [9] for electronic applications.

2 Results and Discussion
2.1Temperature Changes
Temperature is important parameter to evaluate the effect of compost parameters,The reactor temperature changes reflect the change of microorganism activity in fermentation tank,Fermentation tank temperature rise is the result of microbial metabolic heat accumulation,In turn,It determines the metabolic activity of microorganisms.Generally considered,fermentation tank temperature under the condition of 55 ℃ could keep more than 3 d, can kill the piled material contained in the pathogen, and then meet the compost and compost maturity requirements of hygiene index[3].
