Nowadays, there are many indexes to evaluate base materials’ anti-cracking performance.
This is beneficial for the base materials’ setting and hardening, including, reducing the materials’ self-shrinkage and ultimately leads to an improvement in its anti-cracking performance.

In emulsification, the selection of surfactant or surfactant system will depend on the materials to be used and the properties desired in the end product.
The advantages of these surfactants are their low cost, their wide range of properties, and the availability of raw materials in somewhat large quantities [27].
It represents the development and application of materials, methods, and devices, in which critical length scale is on the order of 1-100 nm.

At the same time, micro-ultrasonic machining is an efficient and cost-effective technique for ultra-precision machining of difficult-to–machining materials, especially for those brittle non-conductive workpiece [2].
The science and nature had comment on it [3].
In the experiment of material science field, the sample should avoid contacting with vessel, which is impossible except the sample suspends in some fields.

Especially, residual compressive stress generated by LSP in material’s surface will reduce the tensile stress level in alternating load and the fatigue properties of material are improved distinctly, so that the growth life of fatigue crack is extended [4].
The specimen material is 7050 aluminum alloy.
The material common properties are: the elastic modulus E is 10.0E6 psi; Poisson ratio μ was 0.33, and the thickness is 0.1 in.
