The tensile test specimen was made according to the standard of metallic materials-tensile testing at ambient temperature, and the tensile strength was measured by Instron 4200IX testing machine at a strain rate of 1×10-4m/s.

The traditional analogy method based on experience is insufficient for large and complex ram; it is difficult to have a reasonable distribution of materials, so the potential of the materials is unable to be fully exerted.
According to the strength, stiffness and precision requirements of the ram structure and ram materials’ mechanical properties, the state variables of the ram were confirmed.

Abstract.
Introduction Al-Mn alloys have excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, and corrosion resistance, have good weld ability and process able, and are widely used in packaging materials, heat exchange materials, photographic materials, decorative materials, welding materials and so on [1-4].
Experimental The experimental materials are Al-Mn alloys (8wt%Mn) with 2.05wt% ~ 8.11wt%Si as additive.

To study the effect of various SG parameters on 3D blunted crack-front J-integral for CT specimens, all the FEMs were applied with the same materials properties.
The study of additional geometries and materials on J-integral will be investigated in the sequel.
