A database of the loading history of such components and the associated thermal data will enable an estimate to be made of the life expectancy of similar components.
In the case of a real time monitoring system, thermal data is transmitted to a pc via an Ethernet/UDP interface.
Software analysis of thermal data.
Continuous monitoring of thermal data could also lead to an arrangement where warning signals are issued automatically allowing a reduction in the frequency and time of inspections.
Summary Thermal data of components can be obtained by safe, non-contact means using infrared cameras.

However, for now, most data processing is still post processing but real-time.
Finally, the data will be stored in the camera.
The complete workflow of data acquisition is shown in fig. 2.
The data processing workflow of photoscan is as Fig. 4.
If the image data is too large to output, it can be output as sheet serious.

The size reduction of the primary silicon crystals and their uniform distribution in the aluminum matrix has become the main issue for increasing the area of use of AlSi cast alloys.
Analysis of Fig. 1 and the data summarized in Table 1 shows that the most coarse-grained structure was obtained for the unmodified alloy, cast to ATD probe (sample 1),in which the average area of the silicon surface reach the value of 4317 μm2, the number of silicon precipitates per one mm2 was 9, and the shape factor amounted only 0.39.
A significant reduction of the average surface area of the primary silicon crystals was observed for the samples cast into the graphite mold, with an addition of modifier.
Achieved average area of silicon crystal was approximately 540 μm2, which represents more than sevenfold reduction in size of the silicon crystals in relation to the unmodified silumin (sample 5).
The use of coolant in the form of liquid nitrogen resulted in a further reduction in size of the Si crystals to about 435 μm2, which was a reduction of the surface by about 20% compared to the sample without coolant.

Loading continued until specimens experienced a 50% reduction of their height.
The reduction of billet diameter during upset forging is referred herein as the reduction of height.
These cooling rates were measured in the temperature range of 1050 to 850 °C using a USB-data acquisition device and type K thermocouple implemented inside the specimens.
Obviously, the higher reduction below TNR promotes formation of polygonal ferrite.

Optimal Control Strategy at the Main Reduction Process for Lunar Spacecraft Soft Landing Xue Yuan Zhang School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, NCEPU, Baoding071000, Hebei, China Keywords: Genetic algorithm, Iteration method, Penalty function threshold.
As the genetic algorithm results have uncertainty, the data has some fluctuation.
As the weight reduction is not obvious in the rapid adjustment period, can be replaced here by.

From the data provided corrosion currents were calculated.
The cell was connected to a potentiostat/galvanostat type Princeton Applied Research Model 173 provided with a computer interface for the data acquisition.
The data obtained from Fig. 3 and 4 confirm again the efficiency of all three organic inhibitors and their behavior previously discussed.
Conclusions Zinc corrosion in alkaline media is controlled by the cathodic reaction of water reduction.
One of the reduction products of this process is hydrogen gas and therefore, the ability to control the parasitic reaction of water reduction is dependent on the ability to reduce the cathodic reaction.

As only annual pollutant emission of pollution sources was collected but the simulation model used in the present study needs hourly emission data, and emission varies in different period, we cannot simply allocate the total emission evenly to each hour to obtain the hourly emission but divide time for emission data according to emission characteristics of different pollution source at different time.
Then we divided the time for emission data of point sources according to seasonal characteristics and time period characteristics of production of the industries.
Data in the table is the percentage of hourly emission of the pollution source to the total emission of 24 hours.
The original data and lateral boundary data used in the simulation test were sourced from America NCEP reanalysis data with a horizontal resolution of 111 km and time interval of 6 h.
Objective of total capacity reduction.

The annealing results reveal that annealing temperatures up to 598 K make the carrier concentration lower due to the reduction of donor-type defects caused by ion implantation and the acceptor nature of nitrogen.
The activity E0 can be calculated from the data in Fig. 1 and it is about 0.26 ±0.1 eV which is similar to that of intrinsic InSb [19].
The Hall mobility data of the 3 samples are shown in Fig. 3.
The mobility data for the sample after being annealed at different temperatures are shown in Fig. 5.
Annealing at temperature up to 598 K results in lower carrier concentration due to the reduction of donor-type defects and the acceptor nature of nitrogen.

For 0.35≤x≤0.65, the reduction of the molar fraction of the C14 phase promotes an increase of the alloy hydrogen storage capability.
As a general result, the mechanical milling of the Zr-Nb-V alloys results in a reduction of the hydrogen storage capacity, at least for long processing times.
Comparison of the volumetric increase in the unit cells of the phases C15 and C14 (calculated employing the data at Fig. 2) due to hydrogenation, shows that, in spite of the similar expansions (20.0 and 21.0% for compositions 3 and 4, respectively), phase C15 shows a bigger hydrogen mass storage capacity (Fig. 4).
For 0.35≤x≤0.65, the reduction of the molar fraction of the C14 phase promotes an increase in hydrogen absorption of the resulting alloy.
The MM of the Zr-Nb-V alloys was found to result in a net reduction of their hydrogen absorption capacities, this being more marked for long milling times.
