The structures of the ZnS films were confirmed by an X-ray diffractometer with a Cu-Kα radiation source (λ=1.5406 Å).
Structure For ZnS, there are usually two kinds of structures, sphalerite structure (cubic forms) which is stable at room temperature and wurtzite structure (hexagonal forms) which is stable at high temperature.

The ZnS thin films with cubic structure are polycrystalline and have a preferred orientation in (111) plane.

Precursor TiO2 presented a broad diffractions at 2θ= 25, 37, 38, 39, 48, 54, 55, 63, 69, 70 and 75 related to anatase structure (Fig. 1).
While in the latter dosage, the chemical structure of nondegradable organic matter was shifted and they were decomposed to degradable intermediate products, so the contribution was less for COD removal in the latter dosage.
