During the welding process, the heat affected zone experiences a complex action of thermal cycle and dissimilar materials are usually taken as filling metals for the seam, which results in great difference between the microscopic metallurgical structure and macroscopic mechanical properties of the base material and the seam material, which further affects the anti-fracture property and the integrity of welding structure.
So in this paper, three-zone model will be adopted to study the effect of strength matching on J-integral of inhomogeneous welded joints, in which the base zone, heat affected zone, welded seam and the inhomogeneity of different zone materials are considered.

Iron magnetic materials due to their availability, low cost, and environmental safety, due to which they are used for water purification [7–8].
The magnetic contribution of FeNi particles, which are magnetically soft materials, is insignificant.
Soft magnetic spinel materials are promising for water purification as adsorbents and materials that facilitate the separation of oil from water.
