Pure Titanium and Ti-6Al-4V alloy are widely used as a biomaterial since the 1980s, mainly due to the combination of high fatigue strength (425 MPa for Ti-Al-V), low density, and good corrosion resistance [3].
However, V is potentially toxic in elemental form and there has been a concern that Al may cause neurological disorders and Alzheimer's disease in long-term [4].
Mechanical properties were evaluated by Vickers hardness test using 1 kgf load for 15 s and tensile test (MTS servo hydraulic test system) to determine ultimate tensile strength (UTS), yield strength (YS), elastic modulus (E), elongation (El.) and reduction in crosssectional area (RA).
Kocan et al [12] observed a similar behavior for the Ti-6.8Mo4.5Fe-1.5Al alloy.

The obtained "sandwiches" [(InP) – (In-Al-Ga-P-As liquid zone) – (InP or polycrystalline InAlPAs)] were recrystallized in a temperature gradient field.
It is shown that with the addition of the fifth component of Al to the four-component GaInAsP solid solution, the photoluminescence intensity increases, which indicates a higher perfection of the five-component heterostructures, and therefore these structures are more preferable for highly efficient devices based on radiative recombination.
